Akin Akinozu’s new series, Kaderimin Oyunu, produced by NGM Media, has already received not one, but two awards! The drama series was awarded the Best Debut Series of the Year at the 2nd International Summit Awards (2. Uluslararasi Zirve Odulleri). The series also received the award for the Best Female Producer, Nazil Hepturk. The winners for the International Summit Awards are chosen by the public through voting.
The ceremony was held on February 22, 2022 at the opulent Cahide Palazzo in Istanbul, and the awards were accepted by the screenwriters, Gul Abus Semerci, Melis Veziroglu Yilmaz, and Selin Yaltaal.
Kaderimin Oyunu features Akin Akinozu (Cemal) and Oyku Karayel (Asiye) as a divorced couple with two children, whose paths cross again years later after a tragic event. Their story, and Cemal’s reunion with his estranged children, is the central focus of the series which airs Friday nights at 8 pm Turkey time on Star TV.
