We had previously reported that Akin would be starring ATV’s new series — Aile Albumu. The channel just reported that the series has had a name change. The new series now called “Yaban Çiçekleri” or “Wildflowers” began filming on February 15. Akın Akınözü and Aslıhan Malbora who share the leading roles in the series produced by O3 Media and directed by Zeynep Günay, appeared in a warm and friendly shot posing with clapperboards.
According to ATV, the series, which started filming in Istanbul and will continue in Ayvalık, “will touch hearts about love, life and new beginnings”. The plot focuses on Kılıç (Akinozu) and Ela (Malbora) whose interrupted childhood love story picks up when they meet again years later. Will the two be able to rewrite their love story with the same excitement after all this time?

I just saw that they will cancel his new series, so sorry to hear this. However I believe there is a great story out there for our actor Akin. Please wish him the best and his fans support him in whatever he does.
